Section 1 — Introduction and Applicability

bkt1 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "our", or "bkt1") is an entity that operates an online casino and betting service. By using this website and its associated services, you ("User" or "Member") will be considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and bkt1. As part of our security measures, bkt1 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Changing your password regularly and using a strong password is recommended.

Section 3 — Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

bkt1 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds must be sent from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bkt1 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 adds the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to each bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳24,000 (1,200 × 20) in wagers before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each member will receive a welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to obtain a bonus fraudulently may result in account termination.
• Bonus offers may have specific expiry dates; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• bkt1 reserves the right to change or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bkt1 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Collusion or cheating in coordination with other players.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.

VIP tier advancement depends on a member's consistent participation and activity. bkt1 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Section 7 — User Responsibilities and Restrictions

7.1 General Responsibilities

By using the platform, you acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and that you are accepting this risk knowingly. You confirm that online gambling is legal in your place of residence and that you are participating voluntarily.

7.2 Restricted Areas

Residents of areas where online gambling is prohibited under local law may not use bkt1. If access from a restricted area is detected, the account will be closed.

7.3 Use of Content

• Reuse of any bkt1 content (graphics, logos, game content) without prior permission is prohibited.

Section 10 — Account Cancellation and Termination

bkt1 may cancel or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Detection of fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Registration using incorrect or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Extended inactivity.

In the event of account cancellation, a fair and verified balance will be returned, however bonus-related funds may be forfeited. You may also close your account yourself at any time — contact our support team to do so.

Section 11 — Applicable Law and General Provisions

11.1 Right to Amend

bkt1 may partially or fully amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to post a notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and bkt1, and supersede any prior oral or written understanding.
